1. Support the management team to build lean and continuous improvement culture in production and supporting functions 2. Support to evaluate capacity of production/ machine, operation efficiency, identify optimization opportunity, make valuable proposal to management 3. Initiate, select and prioritize lean projects for improvements in labor productivities, inventory accuracy, quality, and supply chain efficiency, etc. 4. Build and lead cross-function project teams in continuous improvement activities, conduct regular project reviews to ensure expected progress achievement. 5. Follow up and deploy project achievement and standard work procedure in operations in order to achieve a durable and effective embedment. 6. Analysis and evaluate project outcomes, monitor and improve project performance 7. Develop and deploy lean methodology, techniques and tools, provide coaching, mentoring and training. 8. Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safety & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites and consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all level 9. Other task assigned by superior.

1. More than 5 years working experiences in a Lean manufacturing environment in multinational company, experience in automotive industry is preferred. 2. Be proficient in lean manufacturing principles/processes, procedures and best practices, have sufficient LEAN project leading experience 3. Demonstrated ability in multiple tasks management and timeline control 4. Be passionate for excellence. Has strong sense in business insight and acumen. 5. A good team player, has strong influence skill and be self -motivated 6. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering 7. Six Sigma Black Belt certificate holder is preferred 8. Fluent in Mandarin & English, both in writing and speaking.
